After starting our business in 2017 with just 4 employees, we are excited and proud to announce that as of this month, we are starting the new year in style, celebrating reaching 150 employees worldwide! Just take a look at what we have achieved so far!
Over the last 6 years, we have provided a vast array of businesses with identity access management solutions and provided our advisory, professional, expert, managed, and support services to them, fortifying their cybersecurity perimeter and protecting their most valuable assets. We have partnered with a multitude of world class vendors who specialise in the best access management software and we have secured many, many awards including, SailPoint’s Delivery Admiral Awards for three consecutive years, a nomination for the prestigious British Business Excellence Awards and last year we were crowned the fastest growing cybersecurity company in Europe 2022 by the Financial Times.
Starting in Chester in the UK, we have expanded right the way across the globe, securing footholds in London, South Africa and Australia and in 2022, we opened offices in the Netherlands, planting our CyberIAM flag in Europe. Our next move is to open for business in the United States of America and we are incredibly excited for what lies ahead in the land of opportunity.
We have just been shortlisted for the Business Champion Awards 2023 in the Scale-Up and Market Disruptor of the Year category so it is safe to say that we are looking forward to what is set to be an exciting and prosperous 2023!

Co-CEO and Co-Founder
Michael co-founded CyberIAM to pursue his passion for cybersecurity by providing solutions and professional services to many enterprise organisations, to ensure the success of their IAM and PAM programmes. Michael has over 20 years of experience in Identity Management, working in the banking, education, health, insurance, law enforcement, retail, telecommunications and transport sectors.
We are always actively looking to reduce our carbon footprint and encouraging our employees to nominate new ways we can help our environment. We do not use data centers, we recycle all of our tech hardware and we introduced a flexible working policy, dramatically reducing the need for transportation on the roads.
We see massive value in CyberIAM not just being a place to work. We are a community of individuals that come together to share ideas, better ourselves and have fun. Its not always about the destination the journey should be enjoyable as well.
